Emmeline’s assessment
It’s a thoughtfully-planned CDL condo right in the green Upper Bukit Timah corridor, and — honestly, a big plus — it’s genuinely close to rail: Cashew MRT is roughly a 6-minute walk on a sheltered footpath, with Bukit Panjang MRT also within reach. Green surrounds and workable connectivity in one package is a rare combination for this area.
Only the larger 4 and 5-bedroom units remain, from roughly $3.23M up (as at August 2026) — so the appealing $998k entry price applies to smaller layouts that have long since gone. It’s a 99-year lease (from May 2023), and while TOP is pencilled for 2029 [verify: exact TOP], it’s still a launch with a wait.
Families prioritising lush greenery, a trusted CDL build, and decent rail access at a walkable distance, who are comfortable with the premium price on the remaining big units.
Anyone hoping to grab the low entry price, or who wants a freehold/999 tenure or a fully finished project immediately.
Lovely for nature-loving families — the Bukit Timah nature-reserve vibe and a real MRT walk make it a genuinely liveable, day-to-day pleasant spot.
D23 land with this combination of greenery and rail is scarce, and CDL quality holds resale value well; the catch is the high entry price on remaining units now, so think medium-to-long term rather than quick flip.
