Emmeline’s assessment
A leafy 544-unit new-build tucked along Dairy Farm Walk — real greenery, Bukit Timah hill vibes and a family-friendly D23 neighbourhood, with genuine nature-reserve access that’s hard to match in a new launch. Launched Jan 2026, so prices start fresh and comparatively accessible.
Be straight about the MRT — it is NOT a quick walk. Nearest station is a stretch (around 13 minutes to the Bukit Panjang interchange, and there’s a pending LRT in the plans), so if rapid rail access matters, this isn’t doorstep connectivity. Also the balance is already thinning in the value 2-bedders (as at August 2026).
Families, upgraders and nature lovers who put green, quiet surroundings and space above an MRT doorstep, and who like the more approachable pricing on the fringe.
Anyone who needs an MRT within a short walk, or commuters who rely on the train daily — you’d want to budget the shuttle/bus time and the LRT wait.
Great for those who value calm and greenery — the Dairy Farm/Majestic woods ambiance and Bukit Panjang’s family feel make it a lovely place to live, provided you’re okay with the transit walk and the drive-centric lifestyle.
D23 is an affordable rental belt with steady family demand, and large green-side projects are uncommon. The 99-yr lease and the weak current MRT link are the offsets to weigh — the pending LRT is the longer-term kicker.
