Emmeline’s assessment
A rare big new launch in mature Toa Payoh — a 777-unit two-tower project in one of Singapore’s most established, dependable heartland towns with rail and schools built in around it. Getting a launch of this scale in Toa Payoh (and near Braddell MRT) is genuinely uncommon.
Honest picture: availability is now mostly on the smaller, specific layouts — about 35 units left, dominated by 1-bedroom + study and 3-bedroom dual-key units (as at August 2026). If you wanted a mainstream mid-size family unit, choice is very tight. Give it a genuine look at what remains rather than expecting a full range.
Compact/dual-key buyers and investors who love mature-town Toa Payoh convenience, proximity to Braddell/Braddell-road rail access [verify: exact MRT], and a trusted CDL-led build.
Anyone wanting a large freehold-style floorplan or a broad choice of layouts at this late stage of the launch.
Good — Toa Payoh is a proven, self-sufficient heartland with everything nearby, and a rare big condo there is a comfortable long-term home if a remaining layout fits you.
Mature-town scarcity plus a strong CDL/Frasers/Sekisui trio gives it solid resale and rental fundamentals; the dual-key units are an interesting rental play, though stock is now limited.
