Emmeline’s assessment
It’s a genuinely well-located Woodlands address — within walking distance to Woodlands South MRT, set in a quiet stretch of Champions Way, and close to the Woodlands Regional Centre’s malls and Causeway Point. CDL build quality with real rail-and-retail convenience is the honest draw.
Choice is now thin — mainly the larger 4-bedroom premium + study units remain at around $2.64M (as at August 2026). It’s 99-year leasehold (not freehold), and there’s a wait to TOP. If you wanted a smaller or more budget-friendly unit here, those are largely gone.
Families who want the Woodlands lifestyle with a walkable MRT, a trusted CDL name, and are happy to pay up for the larger remaining layouts.
Anyone wanting an affordable entry unit, a freehold/999 tenure, or a finished project today rather than a future TOP.
Solid — Woodlands is mature and self-sufficient, the MRT walk is a real convenience, and D25 with CDL build holds comfort for the long term.
Woodlands enjoys steady regional demand and future growth via the North-South Corridor and regional centre plans; reasonably-priced relative to many launches — but with most units sold, new-money entry is limited to the bigger, pricier ones.
