Emmeline’s assessment
The tallest residential tower at Sentosa Cove with 302 homes across eight blocks — marina-facing amenities and large-format 3- and 4-bedroom layouts, offering a real choice of waterfront living at a more approachable psf than many of its ultra-exclusive Cove neighbours.
Even being the “more abundant” option at the Cove, there’s still no MRT — the nearest is HarbourFront across the causeway, so this is a car/shuttle lifestyle, not a train one. And at ~$2,148–$2,417 psf on Sentosa, it’s still a serious commitment.
Buyers who want genuine marina/waterfront living with more layout choice than the tiny Sentosa boutiques, and who accept the car-dependent island lifestyle.
Anyone who needs MRT access or expects the lower psf to mean “affordable” — it’s cheaper than its peers but still a premium waterfront price.
A spacious, well-run resort-style home on the water with real community breadth — ideal if sea views and the Sentosa lifestyle are what you’re after.
With 302 units it has healthier trading volume than the tiny Cove projects, and Sentosa’s waterfront scarcity underpins value — but the niche buyer pool and island access remain factors to weigh.
