This is the first new launch in Tanjong Rhu in over 13 years — a truly boutique FREEHOLD project of just 107 units, sitting a short walk from Katong Park MRT (TEL) in a peaceful, mostly-private residential enclave. Freehold rarity plus genuine scarcity of supply is a strong combination.
Be honest — pricing is at a significant premium. Sources estimate roughly 40%+ above The Line @ Tanjong Rhu nearby, and you’re paying launch-level money for a freehold in a quiet, slower precinct. Choice is thin too — as at August 2026 the balance is very limited (single digits across most layouts), so you’re picking from what’s left.
Buyers who value a rare freehold in a calm, green, upmarket enclave, want the TEL for quick access to Marina Bay and town, and are comfortable paying a premium for scarcity.
The price-sensitive buyer, or anyone who wants a full range of units and layouts to choose from this late in the launch.
Lovely if you love peace and green — park connectors, the waterfront feel and a boutique community, with the MRT connecting you quickly to town. A genuinely pleasant place to live if the premium doesn’t bother you.
